The Bremond Chamber of Commerce is making big plans for the 21st Annual Polish Day celebration on Friday and Saturday, June 27 – 28, 2008 in downtown Bremond Texas. A number of events are scheduled including the parade, the Polish Day beauty pageant, the Poilsh Pickle Run, the BBQ Cook-Off, a 42-domino tournament, horeshoes, washers, three-on-three basketball and volleyball. Saturday evening events include a Polka Mass and a street dance with music by Cherokee Rose.

7:00 PM Polish Days Pageant

Saturday, June 28
7:00 AM Registration and T-shirt pick-up for the Polish Pickle Run
8:00 AM Polish Pickle Run
8:50 AM Kids K Run
10:30 AM Polish Day Parade
6:30 PM Polka Mass at St. Mary’s Catholic Church
9:00 PM Street dance on Main Street
There will be vendor booths on Main Street all day along with the barbeque cook-off. There will also be afternoon games, including horseshoes, 42 domino tournament, volleyball, three-on-three basketball, washers.
